Every step of the process of choosing a security system with Secure Home Systems, from first sales call through to installation and beyond has been a joy.  Sales staff are well informed and do not try to push unnecessary equipment or service charges. We were asked pertinent questions about how we would use the system and what we needed it to do and given concise and accurate explanations on the different options available. The system was then designed exactly to our requirements and installed promptly. The engineer was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure we understood how to use the system before she left the property. There was no mess and the engineer asked us where we would like the monitor, keypad to be installed so that they would not be obtrusive or look unsightly. The customer aftercare is excellent and it’s such a comfort to know that this company is just at the end of the phone

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service your company has just provided. Three days ago our telephones developed noise that prevented conversation, and also operated the warning light on the control panel. Your office put me in touch with one of your service engineers, and by instruction programmed  the keypad. This improved the situation but unfortunately an hour later the phone went completely dead.Assuming this was a BT line problem, i spent most of Saturday trying to phone Sky – Our provider, to ask BT to check the line. After being kept waiting so many times i decided to try again first thing this morning. However my wife got up first and decided to try her luck. Unfortunately instead of ringing Sky she rang your company this resulted in a call on my mobile at about 8.30am with a promise to send out one of your service engineers to ensure the problem was not equipment related. So at 11am this morning Kevin arrived and by replacing a filter eliminated the land line problem. We has the phone back in service but the noise was still present. He then had the lengthy process to check back through the complete system to cure the problem.

So again many thanks for your efficient and courteous customer service – unfortunately this is a rare commodity these days. I am just so thankful that i don’t have to battle again to get the landline tested.

I write to compliment you on the way in which you responded to my expression of interest in your security system.

When Mr. Vry came he was exceptionally helpful.  He did not try to “bully” me into making a decision,nor he did not pretend that there was a fabulous “offer” which could only be accessed if I signed up there and then.  On the contrary he was informative, understanding and a pleasure with whom to talk.

Sadly, at this time I cannot afford to enter into a contract and again Mr. Vry was completely understanding and did not make me feel at all uncomfortable for having refused his product.

While I may not at this moment be able to be a customer, I am certainly going to recommend your company to others of my acquaintance. Equally, feel free to use this e-mail, in part or in whole, should you wish to do so.


After I telephoned you regarding a strange bleep coming from our system, your engineer Dean called. He replaced all the batteties, checked the whole system and then gave my husband a lesson on how to use the system properly. He was polite, very efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you for an excellent service. If fact we intend to downsize next year and will be arranging with you to move the system to our new home.
