I am writing to thank you for the excellent service your company has just provided. Three days ago our telephones developed a noise that prevented conversation, and also operated the warning light on the control panel. Your office put me in touch with one of your service engineers, and by instruction programmed the keypad. This improved the situation but unfortunately, an hour later the phone went completely dead.
Assuming this was a BT line problem, I spent most of Saturday trying to phone Sky – Our provider, to ask BT to check the line. After being kept waiting so many times I decided to try again first thing this morning. However, my wife got up first and decided to try her luck. Unfortunately, instead of ringing Sky, she rang your company this resulted in a call on my mobile at about 8.30 am with a promise to send out one of your service engineers to ensure the problem was not equipment related. So at 11 am this morning Kevin arrived and by replacing a filter, he eliminated the landline problem. We have the phone back in service but the noise was still present. He then had the lengthy process to check back through the complete system to cure the problem.
So again many thanks for your efficient and courteous customer service – unfortunately, this is a rare commodity these days. I am just so thankful that I don’t have to battle again to get the landline tested.
