Global Recognition for Alarm Company – The On Call Group

A leading UK alarm installer has been presented with a prestigious global award at a glittering dinner in the luxury resort of Monaco.

Wolverhampton-based On Call Group was awarded the Open Globe Award at a five-star dinner attended by owners of alarm companies from throughout the world including Europe, The Middle East and Africa.

The presentation was the culmination of four days of conference and banqueting in Monte Carlo – the resort renowned for being a hub for millionaires and entrepreneurs on the French Riviera.

Organised by multinational alarm conglomerate Johnson Controls International, the award recognises the outstanding relationship with On Call Group and the company’s outstanding sales excellence.

The award was presented to the CEO of On Call, Lee Hosking who was told his company had shown “an outstanding level of commitment and customer service” and an “ability to overcome challenges.”

The Open Globe Award was presented on behalf of Lei Schlitz, President of Global Products at Johnson Controls, who said: “Your outstanding sales performance ranks among the best of the best and your achievements place you among the top performers of the sales force in 2023.”

Lee said he had been honoured to accept the award on behalf of his team of 90 employees who are based at the company’s Black Country headquarters and the sales teams and engineers working across the UK.

He said: “The award came completely out of the blue and I was overjoyed to receive it on behalf of my business partner Michael Vry and all our hard-working staff.

“Our partnership with Johnson Controls is growing year on year and we are very grateful to be recognised in this way.”
